Amstar Global Projects
Kstovo Industrial Park – Amstar Global developed the first 640,000 sf phase of a planned 3.2 million sf Class-A industrial park in Nizhniy Novgorod, Russia. Upon completion and lease-up, the property will be sold to investors.
Kadikoy Shopping Center – Amstar Global developed the 135,000 sf retail center in an upscale neighborhood of Istanbul, Turkey. The center is 95% leased, and opened in May 2010. Upon stabilization, the project will be sold to international investors.
Aura Shopping Center – Amstar Global developed this 650,000 sf mall in the heart of Novosibirsk, Russia’s fourth largest city in a joint venture with a local partner. Currently under construction, the mall is 65% pre-leased and will open March 2012.
Optimum Adana Shopping Center – Amstar Global developed this 450,000 sf mall in downtown Adana, Turkey, the third largest city in Turkey. It is currently under construction and is 62% pre-leased. The mall is scheduled to open November 2011.
AIG/Lincoln Projects
Alkotas Point – AIG/Lincoln developed the 1.2 million sf multi-phase office complex in Budapest, Hungary. The property was leased and managed through completion and sale to an open-ended German investment fund in 2005.
The Park – AIG/Lincoln developed this twelve building 2.8 million sf modern office park in Prague, CZ Republic in phases from 2002-09. The office park received numerous architectural awards including “Building of the Year” in 2006.
Florenc Office Building – AIG/Lincoln developed this Class A office building in downtown Prague, CZ Republic. It was leased to KPMG and other tenants and sold to a German investment fund in 2005.
Saski Point Office Park – AIG/Lincoln developed two phases of this modern office park in Warsaw, Poland. The property was developed from 1999-2005 and later sold to a European private investment fund.
White Square Office Center – An AIG/Lincoln joint venture with a local Russian partner is developing the 1.2 million sf office complex in downtown Moscow, Russia. The modern complex is leased to several large tenants, including Price Waterhouse Coopers, Deloitte and McKinsey.
VW Autologistics Park – AIG/Lincoln developed the 2.4 million sf industrial park for VW suppliers in Bratislava, Slovakia. This modern facility provides part manufacture and logistic support to the major VW manufacturing site nearby. The property was sold in 2006 to a European private investment fund.
Market Central Da Vinci – AIG/Lincoln developed the 400,000 sf retail center outside Rome Italy. The center is currently 95% leased with a variety of local and European tenants.
Sarakreek NV Projects
332 South Michigan Avenue – Sarakreek NV owned and managed the 330,000 sf Chicago office building prior to its sale to an investor in 1998.
Founders Plaza – Sarakreek NV owned and managed the 400,000 sf office and operations building in Hartford, CT. The property was substantially re-leased and sold to an investor in 1998.
250 Broadway – The 500,000 sf office building in New York was repositioned by Sarakreek NV, including a discounted buyout of the $45 million first mortgage and a later sale to an investor in 1998
L’Enfant Plaza – Sarakreek acquired the 1.2 million sf mixed use property in Washington DC in 1997, including $150 million of securitized financing. After substantial renovation of the retail center and parking garage, the property was sold to an investor in 2002.
