Jeffrey Rutishauser has over 25 years of real estate industry experience in equity investment, property development, professional consulting and corporate management.

Since 2002, Mr. Rutishauser has led two major international development organizations: CEO of Amstar Global Partners Ltd and Managing Director and co-head of AIG/Lincoln — that have generated over $1.5 billion of capitalized development in emerging markets (Central Europe, Russia, Turkey and India).

Prior to that, he was a senior investment professional at Westbrook Partners and NorthStar Capital Management, leading commercial real estate acquisition and investment management at both companies from New York City. While at Westbrook Partners, Mr. Rutishauser spearheaded the acquisition of Sarakreek, a Dutch-based REIT, and subsequently became the CEO. The strategic vision included repositioning the portfolio, selling assets such as 250 Broadway in New York City and acquisition of L’Enfant Plaza in Washington DC.

On the lending side, he led the Commercial Real Estate Finance group at Daimler Chrysler Capital ($1.3 billion loan portfolio) and was a key leader at GE Capital Commercial Real Estate in the acquisition and financing of over $1.2 billion of opportunistic real estate in the early 1990’s.

He has also provided professional consulting services as head of Price Waterhouse’s Metro NY Real Estate Advisory Practice and as a senior consultant and engagement manager with Booz-Allen & Hamilton in their Financial Service Consulting practice.

Mr. Rutishauser holds a MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration (Dartmouth), a BE from Thayer Engineering School (Dartmouth) and a AB from Dartmouth College.
